​Dear family and friends,

I am inviting you to join Dee and me on Nov 14 for the Virtual Walk to Defeat ALS.  Due to covid, the events have been forced to go virtual.  The ALS Association Arizona Chapter raised over $480,000 last year.  Their goal remains, but statistically virtual fundraisers are making much less.  Our Chapter needs your help more than ever this year.  They need the funds to continue providing essential services to patients and their families. Your donation is so necessary.  ALS doesn't stop and neither should we.

Many of you know that I was diagnosed with ALS 4 years ago.  I am grateful my progression has been very gradual. We have lost three great friends this last year. The ALS disease presents great challenges for patients and sometimes greater ones for caregivers.

• November 13th - Pre-party to walk which is car parade thru Phoenix Zoo with exclusive view of Zoo Lights (5:30pm-7:30pm)

• November 14th -  Walk in our neighborhood park (9:00am)

• November 28th - Bite Nite Gala (6:00pm-7:00pm)

• December 4th - Drive In Holiday Movie for families (5:30pm show; 7:30pm show)​
