The worst 3 letters of the Alphabet are " A-L-S "
Especially when they are said together.

The ALS Association Arizona Chapter was fairly new back in 1990, but they were there for us. They supplied beds, wheelchairs, counseling for our family, medical assistance and so much more no matter what time of day.  It is our turn to give back. 

ALS Association Arizona Chapter needs our help to continue the wonderful care as they help others who are fighting this terrible battle. 

So once again Michael & I are joining the fight and Walking To Defeat ALS  on November 13, 2021. Will you join us in our efforts to raise $1000 for our team?  

I once read a quote by someone with ALS on their website and it went like this...   "Some say ALS is not an incurable disease, only an underfunded one". 

I agree, it is underfunded, but we can change that together. 

Let's come back strong in 2021 and do our part.

2. ALS is NOT listed on the top 10 most deadly diseases.  (according to  World Heath Organization and CDC website)  

3. Veterans are at a higher risk of developing ALS

4. An estimated out of pocket cost per patient is approximately  $250,000 to care for one patient with ALS

5. Over 5,000-6,000 new diagnoses are reported per year.
